Kent Hawkins

Lead Minister

Kent Hawkins has been the minister of the congregation since October 1999. He and his wife, Kim, have lived in Vero Beach since 1988. They have two grown married children and four grandchildren.

Jeff Minor

Associate Minister

Jeff Minor is excited to serve at Cornerstone. He has ministered in the area since 1998. He and his wife Kathy live in Fort Pierce and have two grown children.

Krystal McKenzie

Next Gen Ministry Director

Our Shepherds

The book of Acts details the institution of the New Testament Church as well as its organization. As Paul traveled from city to city he established Churches. When he left, he appointed Elders/Shepherds to lead that individual congregation. So the first century church was ‘Elder-led’. Cornerstone Christian Church, as a New Testament congregation is an Elder/Shepherd led congregation. Our Staff is under their Biblical authority. We call our Elders, Shepherds; one of the Biblical terms used by Paul. It indicates a care and concern for the body; leading them; guiding them; protecting them; and loving them.
